Where teams grow, together

Ettelbruck is a lively town of around 10,000 people, set where the Alzette, the Sûre and the Wark come together. Today the town is the working heart of the north, with a walkable centre, green riverside paths and the rolling Ardennes landscape right on its doorstep. For teams that want to switch off the city and switch on conversation, it is a refreshing change of pace.

Ettelbruck is one of the best-connected towns in the country outside the capital.
Nearest airports: Luxembourg Findel (LUX), reached by train and road via the capital.
Key train stations: Ettelbruck Station, a junction on Line 10 from Luxembourg City towards the north, with a branch line to Diekirch.
The A7 motorway, known as the Motorway of the North, runs close to town, which keeps coach transfers simple.

It is easy to reach by rail and road, yet far enough from the capital to feel like a proper break. The town is compact and friendly, with hotels, meeting spaces and restaurants within walking distance, and open countryside a few minutes away. Teams get a calmer rhythm, fewer distractions and a setting with real character, which makes it a strong choice for strategy sessions, leadership offsites and smaller team retreats.
Patton Museum and Liberation story walk: Explore the history of the town and the Battle of the Bulge with a guided walk through Patton Square and the museum. A thoughtful way to talk about courage, teamwork and leadership.
Three rivers walk or cycle: Follow the paths where the Alzette, the Sûre and the Wark meet, with relay challenges and a picnic stop on the way. Gets people outside and talking.
Ons Heemecht choir challenge: Learn the story of the national anthem, first sung in Ettelbruck, then put together a team performance. A fun, slightly daring way to build energy and trust.
Ardennes hike and orienteering: Head into the surrounding hills for a guided hike with navigation tasks and a local lunch. Builds collaboration, communication and plenty of shared stories.
