Brothers, co-founders, and believers that teams do their best work when they’re connected, to each other and to nature. We created Campfire Company to bring people together, unplugged, inspired, and fully immersed in the kind of experiences we loved as kids and boy scouts in the Alps.
Before Campfire, we each tried our own ventures. Over a decade of building startup companies and leading teams taught us a lot, but also brought us close to burnout. We discovered coaching, facilitation and training for teams. We realized that thriving teams need guidance, trust, and space to reconnect.
During Covid, we started hosting countryside gatherings with friends. Days of workshops, hiking, campfires, and shared meals revealed something magical: people thrived when together in nature. Feedback kept coming - “our companies need this too!” That’s when we saw the bigger picture.
In 2022, we moved to a small village in Piedmont, Italy, and ran our first Workation Village. Living and working there for months, organizing retreats, facilitating workshops, and building community, we learned everything hands-on. It worked beautifully, both for our guests and for us.

By 2023, Campfire Company officially launched, with entities in Germany and Italy. We embraced the “German-Italian” mix: efficiency, reliability, creativity, and joy. Our mission became clear: nurture the teams that shape the future by connecting them with each other and with nature.
We now run retreats and offsites in over 15 countries, helping ambitious teams recharge, connect, and thrive. Every campfire, every workshop, every conversation reminds us why we started: to create spaces where people feel inspired, connected, and ready to shape the future.
We personally scout Europe to find spaces that inspire genuine connection. Every location is unique, but all our chosen venues pass our strict checks for atmosphere, comfort, and, crucially, good coffee.
