Success Design

Success Design

What should Monday morning  look like?

We create the magic of working together in nature
The Challenge

How can we create retreats that are both well-organized and really make a
difference?

Plan your Retreat
Event planning
Event planning focuses on logistics, timings, places, entertainment and a flawless set-up. It's an experience driven by the logistics.
THE MISSING PIECE
Logistics alone does not create clarity. It does not build trust. And it does not make sure that what happened on Thursday is still shaping how people work on Tuesday.
How can we create retreats that are both well-organized and really make adifference?
WHAT IS SUCCESS DESIGN

Start with the Monday question.

1
How should people think differently?
2
How should they work together differently?
3
How should they feel about the company, the strategy and each other?
Success Design is the process of defining and designing what your event should actually achieve. Through Success Design we transform an event into a development process.
OUR Philosophy

We design for three things.

Plan your Retreat
Clarity
Clarity
Circular discussions become shared direction. People leave knowing where the company is going and what their role in it is.
Belonging
Belonging
Real trust, built through shared experience and meaningful connection. Not forced fun. Not trust falls.
Momentum
Momentum
The energy generated during the event does not die on Sunday night. It carries into the week, the month, the quarter.
WHERE IT MATTERS MOST

Success Design is most powerful when...

Your team has grown and silos are forming between people and departments.
You do not have defined values yet and need to develop them together.
People know their own team, but not the rest of the company.
You want to reward your people with something genuinely good, not just another standard trip.
There is a resilience or stress theme underneath the surface.
You want to work on the company, not just celebrate it.
You want to bring your strategy into measurable action and share responsibility for it.
Success Design is most powerful when...
IN PRACTICE

Instead of planning an event, we
design an outcome.

Without Success Design
Planning starts with
What do we do?
Agenda built around
Topics, speakers, timing
Result
An inspiring few days
With Success Design
Planning starts with
What should be different?
Agenda built around
Outcomes, dynamics, energy
Result
Clarity on what you want to change, a sense of belonging and the desire and tools to keep the momentum going.
Case Study 01

From a celebratory trip to the best team
building they had ever experienced.

From a celebratory trip to the best team building they had ever experienced.
SITUATION
A company planned an anniversary retreat. A nice trip, well-deserved. Nothing more. In the Success Design session, we realized the real opportunity was different: the company had grown fast, and teams had started working in silos. People barely knew each other outside their own department
what we did
We redesigned the experience around crossfunctional challenges, perspective-switching exercises and collaborative problem-solving.
We thought we were going on a fun trip. We didn't expect the best team building we've ever experienced.
Case Study 02

From endless strategy
conversations to real decisions.

From endless strategy conversations to real decisions.
SITUATION
A leadership team came to us for a strategy offsite. Clear goal, good intention. The real issue only emerged in the Success Design session: they had been discussing the same topics for months. No decisions. No movement.
what we did
We redesigned the experience around ownership, structured debate and decision pressure.
Clear priorities. Real commitments. Faster execution in the weeks that followed.

THE REAL INVESTMENT

You’re not really paying for the venue.

The line items on your invoice are the small part of what a retreat costs. The bigger number is everyone’s time: a whole team, off the job, together, for days. That’s the real spend and it doesn’t show up on any invoice
Success Design is the insurance that the bigger investment — everyone’s time — doesn’t go to waste.
Venue, travel, F&B, agency fees
Everyone’s time,off the job
