In October 2024, they chose to work with us to organise their yearly bonding boost retreat. As one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany, it is easy for the n8n team to find themselves with their shoulders at the wheel. Part of our job is to remind them to look up and get those shoulders down!
Despite a packed agenda, we managed to work together to create pockets of time for the team to bond through games, sports, tours of their beautiful surroundings and of course, a party, but also thanks to the location itself.
Understanding the challenge of a busy team needing to bond, our planning team found the perfect venue, naturally encouraging everyone to stay together. Indeed, perched on top of a hill, among crops and olive trees, Tuscany Forever’s central gathering space offers breathtaking sunset views, inviting everyone to linger long after dinner instead of retreating to their rooms.
One of n8n's core values is “empower others.” During this retreat, our goal was to ensure that the team felt empowered to experience their event fully. Our on-site manager was always present in the background, ensuring everything ran smoothly, handling the logistics, and nipping any problems that may arise before they could cause unnecessary stress to the team in the bud!
