Campfire Company was created to bring ancient wisdom's spark into modern teams, inspiring creativity, connection, and wellbeing. While we celebrate the remote and hybrid work revolution, we recognize its challenges for leadership, cohesion, and team spirit. We help startups and companies thrive in this new work landscape.
Since 2022, our team has expanded from just two founders to over 20 retreat experts across Europe, all united by a shared passion for bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences. What kind of retreats do you organize?
We build bespoke retreats for any team—remote, hybrid, or in-person. The real value is in the blend: work, genuine connection, and time to breathe. We don't just put on a show; we ensure every single knot—the one you've been avoiding—is heard and properly addressed. Is every retreat customized, or do you offer standard packages?
Every retreat we design is 100% tailor-made. We believe a successful event comes from understanding the unique DNA of your team. During our discovery process, we dive deep into your company culture—we even use a scale from "Champagne in the Golf Club" to "Burning Man" to pinpoint your ideal vibe—ensuring the final experience feels co-created and authentic to you.
How many people can you accommodate?
If your team is closer to 12 people, we focus on finding those exquisite, intimate boutique spaces that encourage genuine connection—the real 'campfire' vibe. But don't let that fool you; our expertise scales. We can, and often do, manage complex logistics for groups up to and over 600 people, sourcing dedicated conference centers or large, flexible resorts. The accommodation moves from quaint to comprehensive, but the core promise remains the same: we eliminate the logistical nightmares, regardless of your headcount.
Why should we use an agency instead of just booking a great venue ourselves?
Booking a venue is just one piece of a very complex puzzle. Our value is in being your end-to-end strategic partner. We handle the hundreds of details that make an event seamless: from travel logistics and supplier management to agenda design and on-site hosting. Think of us as an insurance policy for your investment, allowing you to focus on your team and goals, not on whether the Wi-Fi works or the catering arrives on time.
What happens after the first call, and how quickly can we get a proposal?
After our initial call, our team gets to work crafting a detailed, personalized proposal. We don't just email you a document; we schedule a second call, typically within 2-3 business days, to present our ideas to you and your team. This allows us to walk you through the vision and make adjustments together in real-time.
