What Happened

We witnessed the radical transformation that can happen to leaders and entrepreneurs from all walks of life.


How did we do it?

1. VENUE SELECTION AND PROPOSAL

Our first task after the agreement is signed is always to scout our current database of venues but also hunt for new ones that might better fit this particular event. This client wanted the Wow effect so we selected a gorgeous location by the Cliffs of Sardinia.

Being off season, in November, allowed for a very peaceful and quiet as well as quite “dramatic” set up with the late summer blossom.

The location also boasted a large conference center for more than 300 people with an eye-catching led screen wall, as well as numerous smaller workshops rooms for breakout sessions and other side activities. 2. LIST OF GUESTS AND ACCOMMODATION 
 & TRANSPORTATION BOOKINGS

In this particular case, we organized a private charter to make sure everyone was traveling together. We also took care of all the airport transfers from/to the airport and the different locations, never leaving anyone behind!

3. THE AGENDA

We were constantly exchanging with different stakeholders from different departments from the leadership team to communications and marketing as well as HR. During the last month we had daily meetings to make sure everyone’s goals 
would be met. 


4. THE CONTENT

We had 5 facilitators on site who helped build the sequencing and team building activities. We made sure to have a variety of traditional and exciting choices for all meals as we strongly believe Teams are built around the kitchen table.

In terms of entertainment, we had a singer on the first night, followed by a DJ set on the second night and a Gala dinner for the closing night.


5. TECH AND COMMS

We worked with the location and their internet provider to ensure a seamless wifi experience all over the location throughout the event.


6. BRANDING & MERCHANDISE

As a fun nod to the fact that most of the guests were sharing rooms, the client chose to create personalized gifts such as ear plugs and pillow mints. We worked together with another of our partners to come up with several design options that would also match the on site branding.


MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

When November came, eight of us at Campfire were on site, ready to welcome 300 guests for the team experience of a lifetime.
