Redefining the world of work... one Campfire at a time.

This January our team met face-to-face in one of our sister locations in the UK. It was cold so we settled for a fire in the fireplace rather than our traditional campfire. Surrounded by fields and sheep outside we reflected on the world of work today and what happens to a team, when they decide to make Nature their backdrop.

1. BETTER DECISIONS NEEDED

The world is going through many crises all at once:

- societal -What does it mean to be human today?

- environmental - How do we build a more regenerative future?

- economical - How many more "recessions" can our outdated system take?

It constantly feels like we are running out of time. Everything is urgent and everything is important.

The leaders of tomorrow and their change-making teams are going through a lot of pressure, in fast pace industries, facing new challenges such as remote work.

For the sake of our Home and ourselves, it is about time we need to take better decisions.

Someone smart and famous once said:

" We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them"

So let's get out.

That's where we like to come in.

2. CAMPFIRE IS A VEHICLE TO FEEL WHAT S POSSIBLE

The campfire experience is always connected to nature.

  • We break a sweat during our morning run

  • We gain work clarity sitting at a table behind the bushes

  • We connect by the pool

  • We eat under the stars

We feel hot, cold, tired, and energized. feel alive, together.

It might sound too easy, but keeping it simple, is a difficult art we have learned to master.

3. NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES

We are aware we are not saving the world...

Whether you call it a retreat, workation, or business in the bushes. It remains an offsite.

But those are always a time for a change.

It's an opportunity to take a chance on something new, a bit off the beaten path, and watch your team think outside the box.

... but we're convinced our vision can save the world of work.
