Yoga or Mindfulness

A classic, for a reason. In venues like ours, there is always a spot that is somehow "made" for a morning session of yoga or meditation. The perfect spot. We meet in the morning or before dinner and offer our bodies and minds a well deserved check-in.


Results: 

While they are individual practices, doing yoga and meditation surrounded by your team is a new experience that can create new connections among members. It is also a great way to feel refreshed and ready to start a full day or close a busy one with some quiet reflection. Let’s be honest, any respectful retreat nowadays has to offer a yoga class, otherwise, are you even on a retreat?


Procedure: 

We discuss it all during our planning sessions. We provide the mats.

All group sizes are welcome.
