Team members engage in a series of short, timed conversations with each other with a mixed of professional and “personal” questions. The aim is to foster connections, enhance communication, and build stronger relationships within the team.
Procedure:
Prepare a list of questions or topics adapted to your team and goal. Set a timer for each conversation round (usually 3-5 minutes). Signal when the time is up and instruct participants to rotate to the next partner. We repeat until everyone has had a chance to speak with each other (and/or once we run out of questions).
